Advantages

  • Gold Card holders, and only Gold Card holders, get a substantial discount, currently 50%, on both the base call rate and on conferencing charges.

  • Gold Card holders may elect to receive monthly statements detailing call charges and payments.

How it Works

  • Rather than entering credit card details on each call with a payment transacted at the conclusion of each call, the sale is charged to your Gold Card account.
  •  
  • Gold Card accounts have a credit limit, and you may continue to make sales up until your credit limit is reached.
  •  
  • You may request a credit limit increase after establishing a payment history.
  •  
  • There are no interest charges.
  •  
  • You may make payments to your account at any time via a credit card or by mailing us a check or money order.
  •  
  • You may, but are not required to, designate a credit card for auto-payment to bring your account balance to zero at the end of each month.
  •  
  • Pilgrim will send you monthly account statements unless you prefer to opt out of receiving them.
  •  
  • You call a number that is exclusively for Gold Card holders, authenticate with your Gold Card number (6 digits) and PIN (4 digits) for the quickest and easiest access to our services.

How to get one

  • Call our Customer Service at (617) 225-7000 or email us at support@pilgrim.com to get started.
  •  
  • You must provide us with your name, address, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of your social security number so that we can validate that you are of age and that we have a valid address to send you statements.
  •  
  • We use a third party service (idology.com) to perform the validation. In some cases they may not be able to validate your info. Should that occur, and you still desire a Gold Card, you may validate by sending images of other id's such as a current copy of your driver's license.

Your info is secure and is never shared

  • Pilgrim Telephone has been providing telephone chat services in excess of 35 years and have never experienced a data security breach.
  •  
  • We do not use your personal information for any purpose other than billing, and we do not share your information. We will not use your info to send you promotions. Nor will your info be used for advertising purposes.
  •  
  • We maintain Payment Card Industry certification and securely store only the minimum amount of personal info necessary to process billing transactions.
  •  
  • The personal info we do store is stored using strong encryption on servers behind a firewall that are not accessible from the internet.
